Working principle:
SL-005B ion nozzle can produce a large amount of air flow with positive and negative charges, which is blown out by compressed air at high speed, and can neutralize the charges on objects. When the charge on the object surface is negative, it will attract the positive charge in the air flow. When the charge on the object surface is positive, it will attract the negative charge in the air flow, so that the static electricity on the object surface will be neutralized to eliminate static electricity. High speed compressed air can also blow away stubborn dust on objects.
Ionization device: under the action of low current and high voltage generated by the high voltage generator, the ionization device forms a stable high strength electric field, ionized air forms an ionizer, which is carried out by the high pressure air flow to the object surface, so as to achieve the purpose of neutralizing static electricity and dedusting.
Installation and operation:
SL-005B ion nozzle shall be equipped with SL-008 high-voltage generator for use together.
Insert the end of the connecting wire of the air nozzle into the high voltage output jack of the high voltage generator, turn it clockwise to the end, and then connect the grounding wire of the air nozzle connecting wire to the grounding wire outside the high voltage generator. After confirming that the grounding is good, insert the plug of the high voltage generator into the socket with the grounding wire (pay attention to the use voltage of the high voltage generator), fix and install the air nozzle at a proper position, connect the compressed air, and turn on the power supply of the high voltage generator to work.
Note: Air filter can be installed if necessary.
